Please go out there and make streams, let’s plays, reviews, etc. We encourage it!!!

You have permission to use gameplay footage, assets and or music from our games in video content about our games. Provided this is used in a transformative manner, do not just an upload a music track with no other content.

We’re happy our work has inspired you to create your own art

You have permission to sell merchandise based on our games if it uses your own original art. No work plagiarized from another artist, no generative AI, and no assets taken directly from our game or marketing materials.

This permission only applies to small creators, so unlicensed mass production of merchandise based on our games is prohibited.

We all love modders!!!

You have permission to create mods for our games as long as they are not plagiarized or discriminatorily offensive and adhere to their respective platform’s terms of use. Also, do not state or suggest that your mod is officially affiliated with Arch Rat.

You may accept donations for your modding work, but are otherwise not allowed to monetize mods of our games in any way, including paywalling the mod or content for said mod within or outside of the game, regardless of whether it’s for profit or charity.
